The music produced by the Barman Brothers was a novel jugalbandi or duet of the popular Tabla played by Madhusudan and the Sreekhole mastered by Gopal. While the tabla is making waves in the music of the east and west, the Sreekhole is a lesser known Indian classical instrument, used primarily in devotional songs. The two brothers recognized the beauty of the sounds combined and created a series of novel blends which is nothing less than dramatic.
